PROTEAN Multi-Purpose Lubricant is a general purpose food grade lubricant for use in and around food processing areas, for the lubrication of cables, chains, castors, hinges, bearings and pins. PROTEAN Multi-Purpose Lubricant F404 is a water soluble product that can be applied to bearing surfaces on machinery without harming metal surfaces or eroding rubber components. This a low viscosity oil which penetrates rust buildup on steel milling operations quickly so you can reduce downtime from corrosion caused by moisture.
